What is Max Event BTL?
Max Event BTL S.A.S. is a Colombian events and BTL marketing agency founded in 2006. For 20 years it has designed, produced and run more than 1,000 corporate events, brand activations, trade show booths, congresses and launches.

Corporate events (conventions, year-end parties, award ceremonies), BTL activations, trade show booth design, fabrication and installation, congress production and brand launches. We handle everything: creative concept, 3D design, logistics, tech, talent and on-site staff.
Which cities and countries do you work in?
We cover all of Colombia. In 2026 we produced our first international event in Mexico, and our next stop is the United States.
What is a BTL activation?
A BTL (Below The Line) activation is a brand experience that creates direct contact with people at retail, on the street, in malls or at festivals, driving real interaction, leads and social content.

How long does it take to produce a trade show booth?
It depends on size and complexity, but we work on record timelines: Corautos Andino’s booth for the Effix Fair in Medellín was produced in under a week.
